Landrover LWB Hard Top & trailer

The Landrover was first introduced in 1948 although they were not picked up by the British Army until 1956. Developed by Rover in Solihull, England, the Landrover was designed as an all-pupose cross country vehicle. The basic Landrover is usually fitted with a canvas tilt although they can have a hard top. The hard top version is commonly used by signals units with a 24V AC electrical system and carries most types of radio.
