M26E2 Pershing Tank

The M26 Pershing tank was introduced in February 1945 after the US had concentrated its efforts on the production of the M4 Sherman. The M26 also served in Korea where it and its derivative, the M46, were credited with half of the T-34 kills claimed by the US Armoured Corps. The M26E2 was armed with the M3A1 90mm gun and had a new Continental V-12 engine and cross-drive transmission.
