The T-26 single turret tank was modified in 1933 by replacing the turret with a cylinder shaped turret mounting the new 45mm gun. The rear bay was then added to allow the storage of more ammunition and the inclusion of a radio. This version was produced until 1938. The T-26LH/45 had a crew of 3 men and secondary armament of two 7.62mm DT machine guns.
