M4 Sherman

The M4 Sherman was used on all fronts during WWII - even the Soviets had them under lend lease arrangements - it was the workhorse of all Allied armoured divisions. Armed with the 75mm gun, the Sherman was considered state of the art until it was placed up against the German "big cats" - The Panthers and Tigers. Woefully outgunned and under armoured the Sherman became known as the Ronson on account of the speed at which it was liable to burn when hit. This is the same mould as Airfix.
