Developed from the earlier CV33 in 1935 the CV35 appeared, incorporating minor design and production changes, and retaining the 8 mm armament. The designation of both the CV33 and CV35 was changed to L35 in the late 1930s. This kit depicts a L35 fitted with the twin 8mm machine guns that replaced the earlier 6.5mm machine gun.
