Contains parts to build a two storey adminstrative building with attached workshop typical of the late 19th and early 20th Century. The building has a brick finish with a large wooden door for the workshop and stairs leading to a wooden door for the administration building. The building has wooden framed arched windows as well as a tiled roof with chimney. The completed kit measures 245mm long by 150mm wide by 170mm in height. The kit is moulded in hard plastic in 5 different colours
