This kit includes a resin model of an Italian Townhouse in a state of ruin. The townhouse is a square two storey building with extensiver damage to the right hand side at the front, side and rear wall as well as across the roof. The front of the townhouse has a low set of steps with a metal hand rail and a similar set of interior steps. It also has a partial first floor as well as acetate windows for the undamaged window frames. It measures 70mm long x 106mm wide and 110mm high.
