Marmon Herrington Mk II MFF Armoured Car

The Marmon Herrington entered service with the British in 1941. Early verions were armed with a single 0.303 Vickers machine gun in a round turret with another mounted in a ball mount on the left side of the hull. However this was soon replaced with an octagonal turret with a Boys Anti Tank rifle and a coaxial mounted Bren gun. The hull mounted Vickers was removed from the hull and mounted on the turret for anti aircraft defence. This kit depicts a later Mk II with the new turret.
