The IG-18 Ferelle was supplied to Infantry units to give them immediate fire support. It was a light and handy weapon used in the early years of WWII. While early in WWII much of the German artillery was still towed by horse teams, as the war progressed vehicles were employed to tow guns. The le IG-18 was subsequently upgraded by fitting DS wheels with pneumatic tyres making the gun more easily transportable by wheeled vehicles. This kit includes one le IG-18 Infantry Gun and 3 figures.
