Type B Omnibus LGOC

The Type B was built in Walthamstow in London from 1910 by the London General Omnibus Company (LGOC). It had a seating capacity of 34 (16 on the lower deck and 18 on the uncovered upper deck) and is considered to be the first mass produced bus. It started carrying passengers from 1911. In total, around 2,500 Type B were built. During WWI, 900 Type B were used to move troops behind the lines.
