The pack contains 13 WWII US First Aid Boxes in three sizes from the smallest measuring approx 5mm x 2mm x 3mm to the largest measuring approx 8mm x 4mm x 2mm when constructed. These are not decals but printed paper accessories to be cut out and folded into box shapes which can then be added to your diorama or wargaming scenery to bring that extra touch of realism.
