Ho-Ki Armoured Personnel Carrier

The Type 1 Ho-Ki was an armoured personnel carrier and heavy artillery tractor used by the Imperial Japanese Army during WWII. Developed in 1942 as a heavy armoured artillery tractor, the Ho-Ki was also used in an APC role. They were considered too slow relative to standard trucks to benefit the infantry. As a result by the time mass production started in 1944, raw materials were in short supply.
