T-28 on Rails (Armoured Platform)

In the early years of WWII, tanks were often converted into armoured trains by the Russians. The basis of the armoured platform was a biaxle railcar with the three turrets from the T-28 armed with a 76mm KT-28 gun and six DT machine guns - four in turret and two more on board. The T-28 on rails was crewed by 12-15 soldiers and served throughout WWII until the end of the war. The kit includes a section of railroad track for display purposes.
