Autoblinda AB41 Armoured Car in German Service

A nice little kit of a rare Italian armoured car. The Autoblinda AB40 was developed by FIAT in May 1939. At the time it had some innovative design features such as double drive and the spare wheel mounted as neutral to get over obstacles made it a match for any foreign rival in the same class. The AB41 was introduced in 1941 with further design improvements although the main 20mm Breda 35 armament remained the same. The AB41 served in North Africa, Italy, Hungary and the Eastern Front.
