A stunning example of an A34 Comet Mk IA which saw service late on in WWII as well as in Korea. The Comet was introduced to address a number of failings in the Cromwell most specifically that the Cromwell was under gunned. The Comet mounted a 77mm HV which fired the same calibre of shell as the 17 Pounder but a different shell casing which gave a lower muzzle velocity.Includes decals. photo-etched parts and metal gun barrel.
