The Bumerang is a modular combat wheeled vehicle designed by MIC (Military Industrial Company) for the Russian Army. It can be deployed as an infantry fighting vehicle or as an armoured personnel carrier with a number of components being interchangeable. The BTR-7829 K-16 Bumerang is the APC armed with a 12.7mm machine gun in a remote control turret. The VPK-7829 K-17 Bumerang is the IFV and is armed with a 30mm or 57mm cannon and Kornet-EM anti tank missiles.
