M36B1 Jackson Tank Destroyer

The M36 Jackson US Tank Destroyer saw service late on in WWII as well as in subsequent conflicts such as Korea and Vietnam. The M36B1 was a heavily armed tank destroyer armed with the powerful 90mm gun. Unlike the M36 and M36B2 which were based on the M10 hull (M4A2 chassis), the M36B1 was based on the hull and chassis of the M4A3 Sherman and required a larger turret to hold the bigger gun.
