The Italian 90/53 was an anti aircraft gun that also doubled as an anti tank gun. Some of these guns were mounted on Semovente tank destroyers to produce the Semovente 90/53. This particular kit depicts a 90/53 mounted on top of a 1938 Lancia 3Ro Truck. The Lancia 3Ro was an Italian 4x2 heavy truck introduced in 1938 and remaining in production until 1947.
