The Lancia 1ZM was an Italian armoured car based on the earlier Lancia 1Z. The 1ZM was produced in 1918 with an initial order of 110. It was based on a Lancia truck chassis with a single turret fitted with twin 8mm machine guns. They saw limited combat service in WWI in Northern Italy but were subsequently used inter war for policing in North and East Africa. The Italians used some during the Spanish Civil War by which time they were already obsolete.
