M60A1 RISE (P) Main Battle Tank

The M60 entered service in December 1960 as the US Army's main battle tank during the Cold War. The M60A1 was produced from October 1962 with a modified turret and increase armour. The M60A1 RISE was a further comprehensive upgrade including the AVDS-1790-2C RISE diesel engine as well as armoured steel TLAC panels. The M60A1 RISE (P) was armed with a 105mm M68E1 gun and a 50cal commanders cupola machine gun with a crew of 4.
