South West Building #1 is a three storey, stone built semi detached house with the two houses at a slight angle to each other and a tiled roof. A large tiled roof covers both houses with a chimney set to the left of each house. The front elevation is very slightly convex and the rear is concave.
There are internal rooms on all three floors and an attic level.
