T35E1 Gun Motor Carriage
The T35 was an early prototype design that ultimately led to the M10 Tank Destroyer.
The T35 utilised a modified M4A2 hull with a newly designed, open topped circular turret mounting the 3" M7 anti tank gun. Following combat reports the hull sides and rear were redesigned to provide sloped armour. The subsequent changes became the T35E1 prototype which more closely resembled the M10 hull design that it would ultimately become.
