The 1909 Building is a small single storey house with an attached garage/workshop that is located to the west of Pegasus Bridge next to the Caen canal in Benouville, Normandy.
The 1909 Building is a stone built single storey building with stonework detailing and arched windows either side of a central front doorway. To the right of the 1909 Building is a garage/workshop that runs the length of the right elevation.
