U2-AP-3 Two-Axle Trailer With ZIS-5 Wheels
The 2-AP-3 appeared during WWII as a heavy cargo trailer capable of carrying 3 tons. It was well known for its robustness and versitility in transporting equipment and supplies. The U2-AP-3 was a later variant of the 2-AP-3 trailer utilising wheels from the ZIS-5 cargo truck to simplify production.
This kit features a pivoting front axle so the trailer can be modeled with the front wheels turned. The completed kit is 77mm long. and has 34 parts.
